My coaching style is very flexible, as I have a wide range of skills and experience to draw on. I will listen to your needs, aims, and preferred way of working, and structure our time together to suit. You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis - if you relate to common ADHD challenges, we can work together to find strategies that support you.

I believe that radical self-acceptance allows us to become experts in how we work; we can collect and share tools that help us to actually do what we want to do. And as we show up and advocate for our needs, we encourage environments, systems and practices that benefit all sorts of other people too.
